Add the undesired numbers to the blacklist using the custom(manually) dialog or directly from you contacts or recent calls.You can even have a whitelist with numbers never to be blocked.
The application will intercept the call and it will either hang up or mute the incoming call, showing a notification that the call was rejected and log it accordingly.
You can always review rejected or muted phone calls in the log.
